• • Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Items damaged due to improper care (e.g., soaking in water or dishwasher use).
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived defective.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
